SOLID Values

SOLID is an acronym based on five Biblical principles inspired by 2 Timothy 2:19. They represent the five core values of the company: Serve |Order| Lead |Integrate |Design

Serve

Serving Christian pastors through biblically based leadership coaching. We approach every conversation with the attitude of service following Christ’s example.

“For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve and give his life as a ransom for many.”

Mark 10:45

Order

Bringing order and structure to improved communication, goal setting and performance systems for staff and church growth.

“For God is not a God of disorder but of peace…”

1 Corinthians 14:33

Lead

Leading leaders to develop leaders through coaching and a “pay it forward” model of multiplication.

“And the things you have heard me say in the presence of many witnesses entrust to reliable people who will also be qualified to teach others.”

2 Timothy 2:2

Integrate

Integrating work and faith, bringing dreams, goals and aspirations into reality, onto the calendar and into daily life.

“Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for men.”

Colossians 3:23

Design

Designing all services uniquely for the good of the leader and for maximum impact in their ministry, on their team and in their home.

“For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them.”

Ephesians 2:10
