PERFECT LOVE
“There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made perfect in love.” 1 John 4:18 NIV
Our Heavenly Father, please lead us in today’s time of prayer amd meditation. We, who desire to serve you, Creator and Sustainer of all life, ask for your wisdom as we live out today. May your will be done in and through us. May you use us as a vessel of your love, joy, and peace. May we be all that you want us to be. And may any who see our good deeds give all praise, honor, and glory to you.
FOLLOW THE LOVE OF CHRIST
Dear children who follow me. You are blessed and blessed. You are a blessing to me, and those who are called by my Name. Offer your lives as living sacrifices to me. Have no gods before me. Leave your idols, and worship me alone. For I am your Father, and you are my children. I love you with infinite, eternal, unconditional love. “Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is your true and proper worship.” Romans 12:1 NIV
Your love is pure and perfect, Father God. We trust you alone. This world is a momentary stop on our journey to being reunited with you for eternity. Your mission for us is clear. Your power is here. We surrender all to you, our Master and Ruler of our souls. Come Holy Spirit and have your way with us today. “But the Advocate, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you all things and will remind you of everything I have said to you.” John 14:26 NIV
GOD’S LOVE IS PERFECT
Sons and Daughters, know that I am with you in and through all things. From first to last, eternity past, my future for you is by my side. I will never let you go. You are never alone.
Only three things remain: faith, hope, and love.
The greatest is my love. “Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love.” 1 John 4:8 NIV
WE ARE ALWAYS LOVED
You will never love us more, and you will never love us less, than you do right now. “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.” John 3:16
It is so. Therefore make disciples of all nations, baptizing with my love, in the Name of your Father, Christ Jesus my Son, and the Holy Spirit who lives and reigns within you. “Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” Matthew 28:19-20 NIV
THE GREATEST COMMISSION
With you, Triune Ruler of the Universe, all is made possible. All that was. All that is. All that will be. You are all in all. You are reason for our joy, peace and love. We worship you alone. May every soul confess: “Jesus Christ died so that I may live. I repent of my ways. Jesus rose from the dead. He rules my heart. He rules my mind. I surrender fully and completely to Him. My life is no longer my own. I now live in adoration of my Lord and Savior. Christ Jesus my Master. Have your way with me.” “I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.” Galatians 2:20 NIV
Children of my Way, followers of Christ. I am your True Father. You are mine. I am yours. Go with the Peace of Christ with my joy and love in your heart. “And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.” 1 Corinthians 13:13 NIV
